Into your head and straight down to your feet. Wander at your own pace. No need to be rushing along after an umbrella holding guide. No tips needed at the end here. HeadtoFoot is definitely the place to walk the talk. So why not read on, and join us on a city stroll. We cannot guarantee that our walks will last three hours, or eight hours. They will last as long as you want to make them. Some might decide to run the route, others may wander at a leisurely pace. Each walk is recorded in easy to follow tracks tracks. Skipping tracks or playing one again is simple. Revisit sites again. Soak up the city, get curious with Head to Foot. At HeadtoFoot we love cities. Nursing an insatiable curiosity along with a desire to explore the surroundings we find ourselves in. Head to Foots desire to discover, a cities history, culture, architecture, legends and stories are the criteria that motivate the creation of new guides. We want nothing more than to share this curiosity with those using the guides.

Each tour created, involves numerous visits, and a lot of walking, before we are happy to put pen to paper. Once the tour is at a stage where its ready for the recording. Further visits will be made, this time asking some one who has never been to the city before to join us on a walk. Often a local resident, who we have  meet during research will be asked  join on the wander. They will get lunch thrown in and a glass of wine. It is only then that the studio is booked. 

HeadtoFoot is an independent travel guide business. We are extremely proud of this aiming  to stay this way. 

For the user, this means that the locations  mentioned on any walk, have no idea they are being added. We do visit them once the walk is created and let them know they made it on. This is always a nice visit. Any business  mentioned is there because we have come across them during research. They have impressed  with their customer service, providing a pleasant experience. They have been nice to us and we appreciate that when away from home in a strange town. No one pays to be on a HeadtoFoot tour, its as simple as that. 

HeadtoFoot  aims to continue with totally independent guides.

There is the possibility  we might  have missed some venues or locations. 

Whilst wandering and are a subscriber to our news letter we want to hear from you. Mail Head to Foot and tell us about any surprises or secrets that you have discovered and would like to share with Head to Foot users. HeadtoFoot has a number of goals we will share, to have at least 30 cities in our portfolio over the next few years. Have walks recorded in at least six languages. Once a certain amount of tours have been sold 1 Euro from each tour sold will be donated to a charity fund to help offset the carbon foot print we leave behind whilst researching our tours.
